Lower Elevations (LENI) 

• Western & southern desert regions: 4 Apr – 11 Apr or 4 May – 11May.

High elevations (MEPW, CONI)

• Northern & >5,000 ft. in Southeast: 4 May – 11 May or 2 Jun – 9 Jun.

The Sun must have set and the Moon must at least be 50% illuminated and visible and/or above the horizon.
